History of Relaxing Herbs
RELAX blend came to us after the popularity of CALM. We intuitively knew people were in need of relaxing herbs and noticed that CALM gave your mind a rest but your body was still going.
Relaxing herbs reduces stress and the symptoms of mental health conditions like depression and anxiety. Relaxation also has other related health benefits, including: lowering your heart rate, blood pressure and breathing rate.
Do Relax Herbal Blend Work?
The relaxing herbs in this blend directly connect to the muscles and nerves. Stress or physically strenuous work can fry your muscles and nerves. A tea or bath of the following herbs can reduce muscle tension and chronic pain.
- Chamomile for its anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties that assist the gut to process emotions.
- Hops natural alternative to pharmaceutical sleep aids. It enhances GABA levels in the brain.
- Passion flowers has calming and sedative action, acting as a muscle relaxant.
- Catnip’s is another relaxing herb due to its active ingredient, Nepetalactone. Nepetalactone is a plant terpenoid that effects the nervous system of humans and cats.
This blend is comprised of hand-picked, fair trade, wild crafted and USDA certified organic herbs. The intent and processing of this medicinal herbal blend is to support the health and well being of each customer.

A decent blend to smoke or have as tea, especially because I like chamomile a lot! I mix it with Calm blend sometimes, but whether blended or taken alone, it definitely lives up to its name: relaxing, indeed. The only con about this blend is that I found it little too fine. I have a lot more trouble keeping this one lit in a bowl.

This blend takes the edge off of a stressful day. Didn’t make me sleepy but defiantly relaxed me. Kind of harsh for a smoke but very nice as a tea although both give the same chill effect. Glad I tried it!

Does exactly what it says it does. I recommend this product to someone who wants to quit smoking weed. While it does not get you “high”, I find that the relax blend gives me a nice, subtle, good feeling that is somewhat comparable to marijuana. When rolled in a joint, the smoke is a little harsh on my throat, but nothing too bad.

This is my first time to order your teas. I have been on Valium for many years and recently was not given any by my doctor due to DEA going after the innocent instead of finding the people that are cheating the system for drugs to sell…anyway the first cup of calm I drank seemed to fill me with a nice chill out to help me wind down at the end of the day. I used the sleep before bed but not sure if it worked because I was ASLEEP, lol! Right now I am trying to smoke some relax in a bowl since it is on hand and it seems to be mellowing me out a bit after a very busy day. The flavor is nice but I recommend small tokes for those, like me, that do not smoke. ( I just took a big one by habit and my eyes watered, cough, cough)
I look forward to trying other blends to see their effect on me. I am a bit of an odd ball as I am affected differently by most medications so I am sure it is the same with these. I am excited to find an alternative to prescription and over the counter drugs. I am not a fan of Big Pharma.
Thank you for making and selling these alternatives.

A pleasant smoke, not too harsh. Personally I found it makes me very tired. A great blend for people who may have trouble sleeping
