Customer agrees
• They have provided a correct and secure mailing address.
• That they are solely responsible for following their own State’s/Country’s regulations and legal age regarding the products they purchase.
• Not to hold DROPPINGSEEDS responsible for a parcel lost, stolen or damaged by the postal service, especially during a global pandemic.
• DROPPINGSEEDS assumes no responsibility for the improper use of these products. Your purchase from dropping-seeds.com waives, without exception, your right to hold DROPPINGSEEDS liable in any way for the misuse of our products.
• You are agreeing to indemnify and hold DROPPINGSEEDS harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, penalties, fines, costs and/or expenses arising from, or relating, to any injury, illness, or harm caused by the use of our products. 
• International customers agree that your purchase/package does not come with insurance and tracking (beyond the US Border) and NO refunds will be issued due to damage, customs seizure, non-delivery, or loss.

Cancelations or Changes
Due to the small window we have with our shipping fulfillment company, we can not Cancel or Edit your order. No cancelation or changes to your shipping address or order details once your order is made.

Exchanges or Returns
No exchanges or returns due to the consumable nature of the products. We do not accept returns and/or exchanges based on product effectiveness, taste, feel, appearance, effects, reactions, or the like.

Lost or Stolen
Due to the immense delays all postal services are having globally, LOST packages need to show no activity from the date it was shipped via the tracking number for 15 Days (Domestic) 20 Days (International) before we can make a claim to the postal service. The claim covers the value of your order up to $100, not the shipping or reshipping fee. Once the claim is approved by carrier, we will provide you with a store credit coupon for you as the customer to reorder using your store credit.

Stolen packages are not considered LOST if the tracking number shows that it was DELIVERED. We are not responsible for STOLEN packages and you as the customer are responsible for filing a claim for a refund through the postal service.

Refunds or Returns
Sorry, no refunds or returns. We only provide store credit for the value of your order (minus actual shipping fee even IF you did not pay for shipping due to a Free Shipping promo).  Store credit is provided when your tracking numbers shows successful “returned to sender” delivery to our shipping fulfillment warehouse or a claim was approved by the postal service.

We are not responsible for “returned to sender” packages due to incorrect address or postal error, and you as the customer are responsible for reordering using your store credit.

Wrong Items
Wrong Items requires submission of photos to submit a claim. The claim covers the value of your order up to $100, not the shipping or reshipping fee. Once the claim is approved by carrier, we will provide you with a store credit coupon for you as the customer to reorder using your store credit.

Damaged Package
Damaged packages requires submission of photos to submit a claim. The claim covers the value of your order up to $100, not the shipping or reshipping fee. Once the claim is approved by carrier, we will provide you with a store credit coupon for you as the customer to reorder using your store credit.
