Usage

Damiana is a small shrub with tiny yellow flowers. Only grows in Central and South America. Mayans have used this plant to relax men and women in regards to intimacy. As a bladder tonic, it helps men with impotence. And for women, it increases sexual desire by decreasing vaginal dryness.1
