To offer reliable and efficient fulfillment, we partner with ShipBob, a third-party fulfillment provider based in Pennsylvania. Orders are shipped directly from their fulfillment center—not from our herbal studio.
International Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping options and delivery times vary by destination and carrier availability.
Standard International Shipping

- Carriers may include: Asendia, DHL Global Mail, UPS Mail Innovations, UPS, DHL Express, FedEx, USPS
- Expedited International Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 1–5 business days
- Carriers may include: UPS, DHL Express, FedEx
Carrier selection is determined by ShipBob based on destination and logistics. We are unable to guarantee or select specific carriers.
International Tracking
- Full tracking is available for select countries
- For destinations without full tracking, updates may stop once the package leaves the U.S.
- Limited tracking may result in delivery delays but historically results in very few lost shipments

- Street address (PO Boxes are not recommended)

- Orders are declared at full product value (excluding shipping costs)
- Each shipment includes an itemized commercial invoice

Will My Order Clear Customs?

These charges are not included in your shipping cost and are billed directly by the carrier or customs authority. We do not control or collect these fees.

International Refund & Return Policy
- No refunds are issued for international orders
- Store credit only may be issued for product value (excluding shipping), subject to approval
Store credit may be issued only if:
- The package is physically returned to our fulfillment center
- A carrier claim is approved
No credit will be issued for:
- Customs seizures
- Abandoned shipments
- Refusal to pay import fees
- Incorrect addresses
- Failure to accept delivery
- If return shipping exceeds the value of the order, the package may be abandoned and no credit issued.
Store credit is issued only after the returned package is received and processed. You will receive an email confirmation once credit is applied.
