Offered as open sessions, seasonal circles, or small-group workshops. Availability and format vary, reflecting the nature of the work and the time of year.

A 3-hour spring workshop weaveing together Ayurveda, Curanderismo, astrology, herbal knowledge, and meditative practice for aligning health with seasonal rhythms.
Participants will receive insight:- Intro into their elemental makeup
- A Wellness Mapping Journal
- A seasonal Herbal Kit
- Culturally rooted practices
Details: No prior experience required. A short intake form is completed in advance. Participants receive digital course materials and a mailed journal and herbal kit before the session.

Workshop DescriptionThis 2-hour, hands-on workshop takes place in a community kitchen and explores how colds and flus move through the body—and how to respond using everyday kitchen ingredients and ancestral remedies.
Participants will:- Learn how colds and flus move through the body
- Explore kitchen-based remedies for different stages of illness
- Build confidence using food and herbs as first-line care
- Reconnect with ancestral healing and collective care practices
Details: Together we’ll prepare teas, mineral-rich water, broth, and garlic shots, and experience herbal steam and a foot bath to support recovery and restoration.
