Wow!! My sibling gifted me QUIT during an especially troubling time. I was abusing tobacco in the form of cigarettes. Also smoking the tobacco w/ cannabis. Very difficult to overcome this habit that was triggered by self-doubt and trauma work. Smoking cigarettes was outdated programming that I continued to register with, and nothing else could soothe me in times of stress. I would smoke cannabis and disassociate or smoke cigarettes alone and feel awful after.Now I’m in a much better place but still enjoy a little smoke now and then.
