Order Changes or Exchanges
We are not able to change your shipping address or order details once your order is made. Sorry but NO EXCHANGES.

Package Not Delivered
We are not responsible for NON-DELIVERY of your order due to DHL/USPS/FEDEX/INTERNATIONAL CARRIER limitations.

LOST packages need to show no activity via the tracking number for 15 days before we can make a claim. We are happy to RESEND your order for FREE once claim is approved by carrier.

Packages are not considered LOST if the tracking number shows that it was delivered. We can only do store credit for the cost of the product.

REFUNDS are granted (minus shipping fee) when your tracking shows “returned to sender”.

If your order is “returned to sender” due to incorrect address, we are happy to RESEND your order for FREE but you would have to pay for shipping again.

Damaged Package
DAMAGED packages requires submission of photos. We are happy to RESEND your order for FREE once claim is approved by carrier.

None of our products contain any Tobacco. Only PEACE, DEEP & REVIVE contain legal “industrial” Hemp with full spectrum Cannabinoids including 18% CBD and the federally legal 0.3% THC. All blends are intended for recreational use by responsible individuals.
