  1. Hi Tammie. Thx for your great question. We encourage to use the blends to shift your vibrational frequency by connecting with the plants via smoking, tea, vape or bath. The effects of Smoking is not recommended to those who don’t already have a practice of smoking plants like cannabis or tobacco. For those that do Smoke, using Calendula or Raspberry Leaf is healing to the lungs and Sage or Chamomile is calming to the lungs as well as the head cavity/bloodstream for anxiety.

  2. Is it safe for the lungs to smoke these herbs, like Calendula, sage, Raspberry leaf, chamomile?
I use them to make teas but have recently seen mentioning of them being smoked. This wouldn’t hurt the lungs? Does it burn in the throat or lungs when they are smoked?
    Courious.
